At Prima Oliva, all of our oils are first cold pressed olive oils. These oils offer the most un-refined flavor with low acidity and high oleic acid.

When mixing your favorite olive oils with your selected balsamic for a salad dressing or marinade, it is recommended that you mix equal parts (50/50) but this can vary depending upon your personal taste preference, season with sea salt and cracked peppercorns as desired.
